FOLLOWING GOD'S COMPASS AS IT POINTS TO THE RIGHT PATH HOME— "Set up road signs; put up guideposts. Take note
of the highway, the road that you take."
(Jeremiah 31:21 NIV)
LOL Only rarely, Carol! Once in a great while, something bubbles up! And I totally agree with you...sometimes I feel tangled in my own nets also! Thanks for dropping by! Bless you!
Simply Beautiful! Poetry always gets directly to the heart of the matter! That He walks on the edge, calling to the lost - so the lost can be saved!!! We so have to get out of our comfort zone to reach the lost, just like He did!
Beautiful, Lynn! Thank you for sharing another inspiring post. It's always a blessing to visit your blog and be touched by what God has put in your heart to share.
Through many hardships, trials, and health issues, I have learned to depend entirely on the Lord for everything. After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2000, the Lord whispered to my heart to write for Him. So, now, out of a great passion to reach others, I obey His call.
I love the picture and the poem, Lynn. He is a constant in our lives, and I am so very thankful for it. Always a pleasure to read your blog, Lynn.

Walking that lakeside, smelling the waves, seeing the fishing boats he moved and worked and called right there in the middle of life.
Beautiful Lynn. We leave our "nets" of the past with no regrets. I always did love to fish...

You mean you're a poetress, too? This was gorgeous.
Sometimes I feel caught up in my nets. Love the image of being free of them. I could follow Jesus much better without them.
